Recording of CFU for SAI@UNIPI IT Skills

Credits are recorded automatically; therefore, no registration in the paper record book is required, only the recording of the qualification on the Alice portal.

Within 14 days from the date of passing the test, the qualification should be visible in your online student record; otherwise, students are advised to contact the IT Skills Help Desk.

The qualification test is an assessment that verifies basic English language skills, with particular focus on reading comprehension, listening comprehension, and knowledge of grammar and vocabulary.

Passing the test allows the recognition of the 3 CFU provided, but does not lead to the issuance of an official language certification, as it is a partial test that does not assess productive skills (speaking and writing).

For detailed information on procedures, dates, and registration, please consult the dedicated page on the University of Pisa website: https://www.cli.unipi.it/idoneita-inglese

Students who already hold a European Union language certification may request recognition of credits for “EU Foreign Languages” by contacting Prof. Giovanni Caruso.

Note: only for students enrolled in A.Y. 2025/26 and subsequent years Students must acquire 4 CFU chosen from the 8 CFU total available within the Laboratory Group. They may choose from the following laboratories:

  • internship activities (optional internship) to be carried out at private companies, university structures, public administrations, and professional firms;
